Cleaning: Here's how
Let the pan or pot cool down, soak it in warm water, and finally remove burnt residue with the scraper. Of course, you don't need dish soap. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly again. Before putting your cast iron cookware back in the cupboard, always dry it thoroughly and season it as usual.
