How to: Clean without dish soap
Allow cookware to cool, possibly soak briefly, and then gently rub off burnt-on residues with warm water and the chainmail scrubber. Of course, you don't need dish soap. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly again. Before putting your cast iron or wrought iron cookware back in the cupboard, always dry it well and maintain it as usual. The chainmail scrubber should also be thoroughly dried after use. (Caution: contact corrosion possible!)
