The poffertjes pan is a cast-iron mould that makes baking mini-pancakes easy. In one go, 30 pieces of the Dutch speciality are prepared, feeding adventurers big and small. Thanks to the material properties of cast iron, an even baking result is guaranteed by the optimal heat distribution.

The poffertjes pan is designed for use over an open fire or a bed of embers. The handles on both sides make it easy to move. It can also be combined with the Petromax Atago, as its 30 cm diameter means it fits perfectly into its opening and rests on the upper rim. In addition, the undersides of the baking moulds are flattened. This means the poffertjes pan also stands stably on the hob or baking tray and can be used at home. Suitable for all common hob types.
