The percolator principle makes the taste unique
The percolator works simply but effectively: Inside the pot is a device with a tube and a sieve container for coffee or tea powder. The boiling water rises in the tube and flows through the permeable lid into the beverage powder, absorbs aromatic substances, and mixes with the remaining water. This means the taste becomes more intense the longer the water circulates in the percolator: The principle also releases the finest flavor nuances from tea and coffee. The glass knob in the lid allows you to observe the entire process.
The stainless steel Perkomax is available in two sizes.
